Please note you are not signed in. You may still contact our support staff, but by signing in you will receive improved customer support, including:
- The ability to track the progress and status of the support issue you submitted.
- The ability to follow up with additional questions about the same support issue. If you do not sign in, you will receive an email response and the support issue will be considered closed at that point.
- A history of all your support contacts for your own reference.
- Customers who sign in typically have a much faster response time, as it is easier for us to view account details and spot problems.
Please also note that you must submit a valid email address with your support request, otherwise we have no way of answering you.
